Adjustable Air Amplifiers
Adjustable Air amplifier takes energy from a small volume of compressed air to produce a high velocity, high volume, low pressure output air flow. It is easy to mount and maintains reducing both compressed air consumption and noise levels. Adjustable Air Amplifiers don’t come with Shims, they are manually adjustable with the help of a lock ring. The lock ring can adjust the air flow of the air amplifier, which can help to control the vacuum generated and the air blow off. -
Air Flow Blade / Air Wipe System
The Air Wipe System produces a “laminar” Flow of air along its 360º angle using the “Coanda” effect which “entrains” a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Ring-Blade Air Wipe System air-saver wiper-blade to produce an output flow up to 30 times. Pay back on compressed air savings can be as soon as a few weeks in some applications when compared to nozzle “rings” or simple annular slots used by other air wiping systems. Air Wipe Circular Air Knife blow off, clean, cool and dry cables, pipes, extrusions, hoses, wires and ropes. Air Wipe Circular Air Knife is easy to mount and maintain and reduces both compressed air consumption and noise levels.Air Wipe or Ring Blade - Circular Air Knife is available in aluminium or stainless steel 316L. Air Flow Blade Compressed Air Wipe Systems are available in 12 standard (inside) diameters: 3/8”, ½” 1", 2”, 3", 4", 5”, 6", 7”, 9”, 11”. Special diameters are also available on special request. Ring-Blade Compressed Air Wipe Systems come with a standard .002" outlet gap which will work for 90% of all applications encountered. Air Jets
Air Jets are a type of Air Amplifiers. Air Jets are larger than nozzles and used when a wider area needs to be hit with the amplified air. Air Jets are significantly more efficient than nozzles although often use as much compressed air. These Air Jets are best used to replace pairs of nozzles that are used for part ejection or for blow-off applications that require greater force than that provided by air knives or air movers. Airmasters Air Jets are all made adjustable with a lock ring to assure the security of any gap setting. They have a female 1/8” NPT and made lightweight with anodized aluminum. Four Different sizes of Air Jets are manufactured with two types of materials, Brass and Stainless Steel. AJ0001B & AJ0002B are the high force jets in Brass and AJ0001S & AJ0002S are the high force jets in Stainless Steel. Model AJ0001B / AJ0002B / AJ0001S / AJ0002S High Flow Air Jet are physically the same size. The only difference is a larger exit opening for the amplified air flow. The high flow system is used more for cooling and light blowoff while the high force version is used mainly for heavier blowoff applications. The Sound level for Model AJ0001B / AJ0001S is 80 dBA and for the Model AJ0002B / AJ0002S is 82 dBA at 3ft (0.91mm) at 80 psig (5.6 bar). The AJ0001B / AJ0002B Brass Air Jet and AJ0001S / AJ0002S Stainless Steel Air jet are marked to indicate the size of the air gap and can be easily set and locked into place -

Since Air Knives are a type of air amplifiers, they use a small amount of compressed air to deliver a powerful, high velocity, laminar sheet of air over wide areas such as moving webs, film, sheets, strips, auto bodies and other large assemblies and objects. Airmasters Air Knives are the perfect replacements for drilled or slotted lengths of pipe. In addition, the Air Knives offers up to 70% compressed air savings when compared to the drilled pipes. Stainless Steel models are ideal for food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other applications where purity, high temperatures or corrosive environments are concerned. Airmaster Air Knives increase thrust and velocity, reduced noise, excellent uniformity, and significantly outperforms any competing, wide blowoff device.Use of Shims
Airmaster uses ONLY stainless steel shims in their Air Knife products as plastic shims wear out over time and require replacement, even with relatively clean air systems. Stainless steel shims are .002” (.050 mm). In most application this is adequate. However, velocity and force can be increased approximately 30% by adding a second .002” (.050 mm) shim. Shims may be stacked up to 5 sets. If using three or more sets however, the air inlets at the “ends” should be used to maintain even flow along the Air Knife system. Otherwise a slight d op in pressure and flow will occur across from the rear inlet ports if they are usedwith three or more shims Note that noise levels and air use will go up with an increased number of shims. -

The AIR FLOW VAC Compressed Air Conveying System utilizes compressed air for a powerful, efficient venturi action along its length in a compact design for high capacity conveying over large distances. Available in both coated aluminium or high temperature stainless steel.Simply clamp a standard hose size to each end of the AIR FLOW VAC or AIR CONVEYOR to create this high energy conveying system. No moving parts for maintenance free operation with capacity and flow controlled with a pressure regulator. The AIR FLOW VAC or AIR CONVEYOR System is available in 3/8” (9.5 mm), 1/2” (12.7mm), 3/4” (19 mm), 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm), 2" (51mm), 2-1/2" (64mm), 3" (76mm), 4“ (101.6mm) and 5“ (127 mm) sizes Any size beyond that can be prohibitive for most applications due to high compressed air requirements. In addition, beyond 5", the vacuum ability begins to drop significantly except for highly intermittent applications. For applications beyond 3", a blower system often becomes far more economical except in a rare number of possible applications. -

Machine Tool Cooling System
AIR-MTC tool coolers are used for dry machining applications - replaces polluting and often toxic mist systems to improve dry machining operations. No mess, no residue and low in cost.AIR-MTC tool coolers are made of durable stainless steel and the Vortex tubes inside of them, are also of stainless steel with brass generators. No pieces made of plastic! It can be used in high temperature environments. AIR-MTC tool coolers can improve dry machining operations and assist in pot cooling applications for a variety of industrial machining processes by increasing machining rates and extending tool life. AIR-MTC tool coolers can often replace costly mist coolants and certainly improves the quality and output of all types of dry machining operations form metals to plastics. Unit is low cost, no electricity, with no moving parts and is essentially maintenance free. The tool cooler is available in various capacities 15, 25, 30 and 40 in addition, there are two versions, a single exit point and double exit point system. Manifolds
ACE FLOW Manifolds are a convenient way to mount rows of multiple nozzles, air jets and other small blow off products to dry, clean or cool wider surfaces. It comes complete with mounting holes. All Manifolds are available with air inlet connections on one side and connection for nozzles, air jets and other air amplification products on the other side. For smaller air flows, you may use one end connection or rear connection. Manifolds also come with inlet connection at side. For larger flows, you need to utilize the two end connections. Two basic Manifold sizes are available with three versions for each: Two (2) outlet unit, Four (4) outlet unit and Six (6) outlet unit. There is the Standard Flow Size and for high flows, the High Flow Size for each version. A flow guide is provided for each version and size. Manifolds may be held in place with the compressed air piping or by using the mounting holes on the units. -
Side Mount Kit For Panel Coolers
The AIRMASTERS Panel Cooler systems are normally mounted on the top of the enclosure but if space does not permit, then the Side Mount Kits can be utilized. Made of stainless steel for (IP 54), (IP 14) or (IP 66) Panel’s environments. Two sizes are available – one for coolers 8 SCFM and under capacity and the other for the larger size coolers. Slim design to minimize space even when mounted on the side of a panel.

Vortex Tube
Vortex tube technology was invented by French physicist Georges Ranque in 1930. Vortex Tubes are devices which generates cold air and hot air by forcing compressed air through a generator. Air enters the vortex tube and is literally split into two parts - cold air at one end, and hot air at the other – all without any moving parts Vortex Tubes have an adjustable valve at the "hot" end which controls the volume of the air flow, and the temperature exiting at the cold end. By adjusting the valve, you control the "cold fraction" which is the percentage of total input compressed air that exits the cold end of the Vortex Tube. Our Vortex Tubes may also be supplied with a fixed preset "cold fraction" instead of an adjustable valve. Inside is the interchangeable brass "generator" which can alter the air used in the Vortex Tube, and control the temperature ranges you wish to have at the cold and hot ends. There are several ranges of generators for compressed air capacity. A vortex tube can be made in several sizes the smallest operating with 2 to 8 SCFM and the medium size 10 to 40 SCFM and the large size 50 to 150 SCFM. Larger sizes have rare applications due to high energy consumption. Vortex tubes generate temperatures as much as 100 deg F (56 deg C) below the inlet air temperature. These Vortex Tubes are used for different purposes and different applications.

Special Application Valves
We have developed many valves for special applications. Some of the most common valves are listed below:
- Rotary Switch: Similar to Rotary Valves in construction, they have a common outlet and four inlet ports or vice versa. The Switch provides selection of connecting any one inlet with one outlet per position
- Key Operated Valve: Essentially a spool type DCV this valve can be operated only by a special key provided with the valve. These valves are made mainly for applications where unauthorized or erroneous control is to be prevented.
- Automatic Signal Lock Up Relay: these are relays which automatically lock-up the transmitted signal whcn the supply pressure falls. They are mainly used with Diaphram control valves to maintain position when supply pressure fails.

Rotary Valves
These are a type of DCV’s. They are available in 2-Way, 3-Way and 4-Way constructions with a knob or handle for operation. These find application in instrument panels, air-started generators, material handling equipment, etc. These are available in ¼” to 1” BSP port. -
Quick Exhaust Valves
These find application in a pneumatic circuit where unrestricted, direct exhaust from a pressurised system is required. Example of such an application would be increased speed of a cylinder piston allowing quick exhaust of the back pressure on the piston. These are available for the port sizes ranging from 1/16” to 1” BSP. -

Non-Return Valves

They find application in Pneumatic circuits where finite flow control of air is required. The unique design of ACE FLOW’s Flow Control Valves does away with the cumbersome locknut required in valves of another make. These are available for port ranging from 1/8” to 1” BSP. -

Applications in Various Sectors
A stainless steel 1-1/4" Ring-Vac Air Conveyor is used to load the hopper of an injection molding machine. Previously the resin was loaded manually which was an inefficient use of manpower, and the installation of a complete automatic loading system was deemed unnecessary and too costly for the particular process. However, there are machine builders who do utilize the Ring-Vacs as part of automatic systems for loading.Plastic Industries
